Coaching to enable change

This essay is more specifically about PERSONAL / LIFE COACHING. It’s about enabling change at the level of the individual client and the role that coaching plays in this process. The overarching intention of the essay is to demonstrate that you know about change and the psychology behind it: what stops us changing, what help us to change. This essay will demonstrate understanding of the more psychological elements: how the unconscious mind works, the role of limiting believe, the role of focusing on strengths and intrinsic motivation, etc. Points to be covered: what is change, what stops us changing (e.g. the role of the unconscious mind, comfort zones, fear, etc)
