This is a literature Review as part of a Human Resources Master’s Consultancy Project. **Client brief will be uploaded onto account** Purpose of this lit review: “This is the section where you situate the client problem in the academic and practitioner literature. You have the opportunity to tell the client if this is a common issue, or something that it specific to their company” I will attach the brief so that you can look to see what the client problem is however from my understanding it was the requirement for a seperate, dedicated HR service. I thought aswell that generally because of the strategic shift in HR (Ulrich’s role in this?) and how this means HR isn’t as present in day-to-day HR and people problems. You will know best however 🙂
