This is not really for a dissertation literature review, but rather a systematic literature review. Systematic literature review of recent relevant published research on patient-centered medical homes (PCMH) and accountable care organizations (ACO) and their impact on the quality of care that a patient receives. The paper should also elaborate on the costs that are associated with becoming a patient-centered medical home and an accountable care organization. The paper should also elaborate on physician and practice administrator first-hand experiences with patient centered medical homes and accountable care organizations. If possible, include a cost/benefit analysis or becoming a PCMH and becoming an ACO.
